So some foreign website is selling art on shirts, completely without my consent. There's nothing I can really do about it which is frustrating, if any of my followers ever see my stuff on anything except paper, please let me know.

So a few days ago I found out a way to contact the site. I reported the page and I got an email back saying they had taken it down and spoke to the seller. They told me it would not happen again and at least for now the page is down.

I am going to be at the Amazing Arizona Comic Con in Phoenix at the end of the month so come by and say hello! Ill have some new prints and a sketchbook out as well!

So today was the big announcement that Wildstorm will no longer be publishing books ([link] with is really sad. On a personal level Im friends with alot of people on both the artist and editorial side and its a shame to see this happen. Hopefully everyone lands on their feet and things work out for them.

As for myself it was definitley nice to be so close to the studio and while the contacts i made were nice the friendships were the most valuable things i could have gained from there. Good luck everyone.

P.s. i should have some scans from my Mindfield Book by Aspen tomorrow, #3 should be coming out

Its been waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long since ive been on. While ive been away ive been inking professionally as well as doing backgrounds on some other books as well. Currently Im am inking Mindfield, a book done by aspen with penciler Alex Konat, I did the backgrounds for Issue #0 and the last 12 pages of issue 1 and have become the regular inker on the book from issue 3 on. Ill try to post stuff up here as it comes out and when issue 3 hits the stand ill have 8 pages I can upload.

So my first of 2 issues on Freddy vs Jason vs Ash came out, i only had a cover to post because the deadlines were so tight i didnt even have time to get scans of the inks but i will try to get them this week, i gave all the details in the body of the cover deviant. Once again though id like to thank everyone who supported me here on deviant and especially Rich Friend and Joel Gomez along with Scott Peterson for giving me the shot.

So i havent been posting alot here because i got a 2 issue gig on Freddy vs Jason vs Ash for Wildstorm and the deadline is super tight which means after inking all day im not exactly in the mood for doing more samples. Ive still got one issue left and trying to line up more work as well. For anyone that wants to see amazing inks you need to check out Blasterkid's Ultimate Red Skull piece he inked over leinil yu photocopied pencils. Its so good i look at it and go "well im never going to be able to do that so i might as well quite now" its that good. make sure to stop by if you havent already

Hey there all,
so for those of you that think i died and can no longer produce samples, you would be half right, while i am alive i had to get a new job which i work 40 hours a week which has atomic bombed my productivity. That added to the fact that my brother is being deployed to Afganistan for 1 year (or more) and i have been in Virginia for the last 5 days (which i would gladly give up for time with my brother).
I have some new samples ready but not enough to send out and hopefully by the end of this month or beginning of septemer i will be able to get a group of 8-10 pieces. When i get them all together i will post them all up. I have been doing some Finch and Silvestri pieces -my impossible to ink arch enemies - and they have turned out pretty good. I also went back to an older Billy Tan piece and redid it which turned out good as well.

In other good news and have a try-out for something which i will finish this week and should have a decision fairly soon as well some other work on the near horizon for an arrray of books. Hopefully they all work out...or at least one

hey guys! First off thanks so much to everyone who has supported me by checking out my page and adding their comments and favorites! I appreciate the support. Its been a long road and there is plenty more to travel but i am freshly renewed in my goal to become a inker, well a self supported inker. This comic con i will be trying to meet editors and get some more work. I am trying out for a project now and would love to share it but i dont want to jinx it so when i know ill be sure to post it.

I can't wait for comic next week! Its my favorite event of the year and even though i am over it by sunday i miss it by tuesday, wednesday at the longest. I especially love meeting up with people i havent seen since the last show and catching up. Ill probably be hovering around artists alley and DC booth most of the time. Im doing so sample pages over the Dream War art from the mini series that came out a while ago. Ill be doing finishes as well on the pieces so that will be interesting.

Well, i hope everyone has a good show!

p.s. i probably wont be posting any new art until after the con, i have to get my sample books ready along with 1000 other things

I just got my hands on some great new photocopies and ill be working on some silvestri, lee, and joe mad stuff. can't wait to get to it. Im working on another Justice Society page and i have a Jim Lee All Star page 1/2 finished as well. So much work, so little time
