just working on old Odin Son, still not finished but getting there, i think everything will really pop when i do the clean ups and highlights with white out.

How do you get your black portions so... black? Mine tend to clearly show the marker strokes.

I'm loving this piece.

well for the solid big blacks i use a brush and india ink to fill it in, the type of ink i use is Rapidograph, its super dark. There are alot of inks out there that dont dry super dark, so i would recommend for those that you let them sit out without a top for an hour or so to evaporate some of the water so that it becomes darker.

right now im using microns and rapidograph tech pens mostly, i am using a 102 nib and microns to render. Basically im going from figure to figure and getting it around 80% where i want them, and at the end will go in and tighten them up, make my corrections and ad the white out effects. There is some rending i need to re-do as well at changing some line weights. Im really into this piece and its been alot of fun.
